Louboutin sold 700,000 pairs of shoes in 2012 and expects revenue to grow 40 percent in 2013, thanks to an increase in sales of the designer’s handbag lines. The company has over 50 self-branded boutiques in 24 countries. The first dedicated Louboutin menswear store opened in New York in 2012.
