RETURN POLICY
Greta's product returns policy includes acceptable reasons, requirements, and period for returning products.
1. Acceptable reasons for product returns
- The product has no seal.
- Wrong products are delivered.
- Faulty products are covered by manufacturer’s warranty (technical failure, defects during transportation, design errors, difference to manufacturer's declared quality standards)
2. Requirements for product returns
2.1. Conditions of product returns
- User guide, warranty card and accompanying gift (if existing) are intact.
- The product is clear of stains, washing or strange smells.
- Purchase confirmation documents (order number, purchase invoice, delivery receipt, bank statement ...) are intact.
- Customers fill in product return request form (attached to the product).
2.2. Period for product returns
- Customers have 10 calendar days from the date of receipt to return faulty products. Greta disclaims any complaint regarding the product conditions in if you notify Greta after this time.
2.3. Reimbursement fee
- For products returns, reimbursement fee and delivery fee will not be charged.
3. Refund Policy
3.1. Refund method
- Refund via bank transfer.
3.2. Processing time
- Greta will send the result of refund request to customers via email or SMS within 02 working days since the receipt of product return request.
- If the refund request meets the requirements in section 2.1, Greta will complete the refund process within 07 working days.
